U.S. Navy Enlisted to Officer Roadshow

COMNAVSURFPAC has partnered with the local Chapters of the National Naval Officers Association (NNOA) and the Association of Naval Service Officers (ANSO) to present an Enlisted to Officer Roadshow inviting Sailors from all commands to learn about pathways to a Navy commission. Sailors will also have the opportunity to network with Officers from different commissioning sources and designators.

These two-hour events will begin with a one-hour presentation discussing all pathways for commission per Ref (a) and Ref (b), followed by two 30-minute breakout sessions for each commissioning source (OCS, LDO, STA-21, HSCP/Medical Programs, ISPP, etc). The remaining time will be used for a designator breakout session facilitated by Officers representing their communities (SWO, Aviation, Chaplain, HR, Legal, etc); answering questions and sharing advice with prospective Officers.

Naval Officers from every designator are requested to participate as mentors by sharing their lessons learned from their communities during each break out session.
