Today we said farewell to our Vice President LCDR Katherine Martínez Alvarez. After an extremely successful tour as Commanding Officer of Naval Base Kitsap Bangor’s Transient Personnel Unit (TPU), LCDR Martínez Alvarez is on her way to Germany to continue to execute the mission of the Navy.
