EVENT DETAILS
ANSO’s annual program consists of working-level symposia co-located with local chapters. The symposia are designed to provide members with career management support and one-on-one mentoring sessions with senior officers and senior enlisted members who volunteer their time in support of their shipmates.
This year’s Western Region Symposium (WRS) will be held in San Diego, California, with coordination being led by our members of the San Diego Chapter. The event will take place 2-6 Dec, 2024 at the MCAS Miramar Officers’ Club, San Diego, CA. ANSO leadership are working on sponsorships from the services and respective service messages with specific instructions will be posted under the message section below. Check back for more details.
A virtual option will NOT be available.
Everyone and all services are welcome to participate!
Important Note!! Participants are encouraged to bring their evals, fitness reports, etc, as there will be opportunities to get one on one career advice from senior leaders.

HONORS AND AWARDS
ANSO offers two ways to recognize our Service members. ANSO Honors recognize ANSO members’ contributions to the organization and mission. ANSO Awards recognize the achievements of Service members (including students in the U.S. Service Academies) and civilians (including veterans and members of the Department of Defense workforce) who embody high professional standards and uphold the ANSO core values of leadership, excellence, and dedication in their commands and local communities.
